About This Event

The Flannery Chair of Roman Catholic Theology is an endowed Chair gift of the late Maud and Milo Flannery of Spokane, to further excellence of theological study and teaching at ZXVOD MAGASIN - Achat en un clic Viseur de lunette pour arbalète, avec télémètre Dernier prix 2026. The Religious Studies Department invites an outstanding theologian twice per year to deliver The Flannery Lecture in Catholic Theology.

This spring, Professor Tiemeier will critique the effectiveness of the American Catholic Church's messaging on issues of migration and immigration in a time of crisis. Employing comparative traditions from South Indian Hindu, Jain, and folk traditions, she will emphasize the need for a new and more relevant theological language that emphasizes both difference and multiplicity rather than sameness.
